Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received by the customer.
- Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased during sale or clearance offers.
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- Products returned without original tags or packaging.
Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer's bank account or UPI ID.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
